Wayne Sapp was raised and educated in the tiny, cliquish town of Wyanet, IL. Viet Nam beckoned on graduating high school, and the Army became a career almost by default. After retiring, he became a pilot, and flew a tiny two place Ercoupe to his beloved Alaska and back. An avid reader and student of the human condition made writing a necessity. He now lives and writes (One requires the other), near Davenport, Iowa with his wife Cathy, two dogs (Rufus and Brody) and two cats.
