Lanette Kissel,
who also writes under the pen name of Taylor Kincaid, lives
in Evansville, Indiana with her husband, Dave, and adopted Yorkie-Poo,
Benjy. She has a twenty-four year old daughter, Christina. She
believes God has blessed her with a wild imagination and a talent
for putting words together. She does a lot of inspirational
writing in the form of poetry, devotionals, and essays, and
also writes for the secular market in the Fantasy, Romance,
and Paranormal genres.
Lanette’s poetry has been
published in various small press poetry publications, including
The Poet’s Pen, Silver Wings, The Pegasus Review, WestWard
Quarterly, Bell’s Letters, and Penned From the Heart devotional
book. Her poetry has earned a couple of Faith and Hope Awards
from the Poet’s Pen, and a couple of Honorable Mentions
in Silver Wings’ yearly poetry contests.
In print form, her stories have
appeared in Mature Living Magazine and Enigma. She was the featured
short story writer in an issue of Sage of Consciousness e-zine.
A short story has been published as an e-book at Forbidden Publications,
and one is pending publication at Red Rose Publishing.
