| Janet Lane Walters
lives in the scenic Hudson Valley with her psychiatrist husband.
She's the mother of four and grandmother of five. She's been writing
fiction since third grade when she re-wrote the ending of Anna
Karenina to her teacher's dismay. At present, she's the author
of 25 novels (including all genres of romance and mysteries) and
2 nonfiction books. As a former nurse, medicine plays a large
role in her stories. Besides novels, she's published short stories
and poetry. She's been an EPPIE finalist three times. She's a
member of EPIC, Sisters In Crime and RWA.
Written with Janet's co-author
Jane Toombs, BECOMING YOUR OWN CRITIQUE PARTNER, was the 2003
EPPIE winner for nonfiction and is now available.
Janet's newest fiction releases
are: a romantic fantasy called Healwoman: DARK MOON (sequel to
MOON BRIGHT, MOON DARK); the first in her Seduction Series, "A
Savory Seduction"; the first in her Fyre Series, THE TEMPLE
OF FYRE; and the first in her new Young Adult fantasy series,
The Henge Betrayed: FLIGHT.
